Speed Hire

2020 Saas based product

It is sub product of Techgig meant for hiring. It is SAS based product which will be used by recruiters to find right candidates having specific skills. Recruiter can set question paper with all the required settigs such as time, procturing etc. There are 12 Q. types which includes MCQ, coding, data science, subjective, frontend etc. There is also a portal where student can register and give the exam. Afger the exam result is generated along with a detailed reporting.

Opportunity

  1. To design a wholistic SAAS product end to end.
  2. To understand the mindset of recruiters while hiring.
  3. To work closely with backend developers

Challenge

  1. Work quickly on solutions as product wanted to ship out in pandemic to help recruiters.
  2. Represent data in meaningful way to recruiters and create reports in a comprehensive manner.
  3. To create assessment system which includes library, creating contests, candidate exam, reports and live interview.
  4. Keep in sync everything
  5. Streamlining tasks while creaDng contests in which some were mandatory but necessarily not to be done in sequential order.
  6. Managing tasks in common design solutions for 2 users HR and technical head.
  7. Achieving common ground where technical constraints need to be addressed through design. Extagging, question group.

Learning

  1. Collaboration with product, frontend, backend and testing team to ship out product at fast pace.

Candidate Side Visuals

These are the visuals of the candidate side. Contest link is sent over mail. After clicking candidates can view the details of the rounds, then they can register and give exam.

LIBRARY

Recruiter and vendors can manage a question library which will help them to get ready with questions in advance. Also keep up to date questions in the library.

REPORTING

After the exam, thorough result is generated to help recruiters to indentity the right candidate based upon the performance.

INTERVIEW + LIVE CODE

This is the final phase of Speed hire product where interviews can be set and candidate & interviewer can interact with each other. Candidate can be evaluated on coding performance live.
