MMT app is also known as TAP TAP. The aspiration was to create an
app which clearly communicate the user about the offerings.
Process followed:
- Done research to find out the expectation of the people out of MMT app.
- Meetings with all the stakeholders to be on same page.
- Know business objectives, user behaviour, high priority tasks and how users do
it, relevant keywords (user centric language), competitors analysis & current
trends.
Challenges
- Conversions will directly impact the transactions.
- Users can use the service effectively and efficiently.
- Must be delightful. No compromise with quality.
- Must reflects the value of the company and should be in sync with web homepage.
- Navigation bar design which is based on user’s priorty lists.
