- Huge cost is involved in maintaining production house and giving prize money
- Scalability of live shows is challenge due to streaming cost
- Engaging users for longer duration is a challenge
- Users need hugh mobile data to play live games
- Can’t compete with TV as minimum DAU for TV clients is 10 mn vs .3-.5 mn
What was decided?
Introduce mini games which is not appointment based to increase DAUs.
Direct mini game users to love game shows to increase concurrents.
Gratification through point system which they can redeem through coupons
